Our Services
The best in complete case management services.
What is Case Management?
Case Management refers to both medical and vocational rehabilitation. We assist injured or disabled individuals in navigating medical care, understanding the laws and rules, and facilitating a safe and cost-effective return to work.
Stubbe Case Management services provide highly-trained and experienced nurses or vocational case managers. Many of our case managers are certified, indicating their specialized training and expertise. Stubbe, as a URAC-accredited company, adheres to strict standards on every case management function. Our excellent response times to new referrals, attention to detail, and trusted follow-through have been the same for over 35 years!
Field Case Management
Field Case Management provides in person clinical support for workers’ compensation claims that need more direct coordination. Stubbe’s field case managers work closely with the injured worker, employer, medical provider, and claims professional to help clarify treatment direction, address barriers to recovery, and support appropriate return to work planning.
Telephonic Case Management
Providing remote clinical coordination for workers’ compensation claims that benefit from nurse involvement without requiring in person attendance. Stubbe’s telephonic case managers communicate with the injured worker, employer, medical provider, and claims professional to support treatment progression, clarify work status, and keep the claim moving.
Catastrophic Case Management
Catastrophic Case Management provides specialized oversight for workers’ compensation claims involving life altering or medically complex injuries. These cases often require a higher level of clinical coordination, broader planning, and more intensive support across the course of recovery.
Nurse Triage
Stubbe’s Nurse Triage program gives employers and employees immediate access to registered nurses who can assess the situation, guide the employee to the appropriate level of care, and help ensure the injury is addressed promptly and consistently. Whether the right next step is self-care, first aid, occupational health, urgent care, or emergency treatment, Nurse Triage helps create direction at the very beginning of the claim.
Transitional Return to Work (TRTW)
Transitional Return to Work is designed for situations in which an injured worker has been released to perform some level of work, but the employer is unable to accommodate restrictions internally. When that happens, extended time away from work can create unnecessary delay, increase claim exposure, and make the path back to full employment more difficult.
Job Placement Services
Job Placement is a vocational service designed to help injured workers return to suitable employment when they are not able to return to their previous position or employer. It is a structured, individualized process that focuses on identifying realistic job goals, building job search readiness, and creating a clear path back to work.
Skills Training
Skills Training is a vocational service designed to help injured workers strengthen the computer, communication, and professional skills needed to compete in today’s job market. For individuals who are not returning to their previous role, targeted training can play an important part in creating a more realistic and successful path back to work.
Workplace Health
Workplace Health is designed to give employers practical access to occupational health expertise when they need it most. For many organizations, especially small to mid-sized employers, the need for support around injury prevention, job safety, ergonomics, policy development, and return to work planning is real, but hiring full-time internal staff may not be the right fit. Stubbe’s Workplace Health program fills that gap with flexible, professional support tailored to the needs of the organization.
